Title: Cracked Wheat Bread with Fruit Bits

1/2cWhole wheat flour
1/4cCracked wheat
1tbSugar
1tbPowdered dry milk
1tsSalt
1 1/4tsFleischmann's bread machine yeast
1/3cSun*Maid raisins
1/3cSun*Maid Dried fruit bits

Measure carefully, adding ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer - except fruits. Select Sweet or Basic/White cycle. Use light or medium crust color. Add raisins and dried fruit bits at the raisin/nut cycle or 5 minutes before last kneading cycle ends. Remove baked bread from pan and cool on wire rack. PER SERVING: 200 calories, 6 g protein, 38 g carbohydrate, 4 g fat, 3 g dietary fiber, 330 mg sodium, 2 mg iron. Each one pound loaf makes 8 servings.
